Health Expos Are a fantastic opportunity to showcase your approach to health and wellbeing in the workplace. Health expos are ideal as a launching platform for forthcoming workplace programs and incentives. They offer a cost effective and time efficient solution and often include a mixture (see below) of health checks, consults, demonstrations and information stands.
 
Choose from, massage, health screening (cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure), bio-impedance analysis, fitness and nutrition. The duration and size of your expo will be tailored to suit your needs. We also run themed expos like Introduction to health and wellness, Cardiovascular Health, Health & Environment, Nutrition & Wellness and Performance Enhancing, Mind, Body & Soul.
